2. The Service

What We Provide:

• AI-powered release note generation
• Automatic version bumping
• Code review features (Azure DevOps)
• Deployment triggers
• Notification services

What We DON'T Provide:

3. Your Account

• You must be 16+ years old
• You must provide accurate information
• You're responsible for your account security
• One account per person/company
• You can't share accounts
• You can't resell the service

4. Payment Terms

Billing:

• Currency: USD (US Dollars)
• Payment: Monthly or Annual (prepaid)
• Processor: Stripe
• Auto-renewal: Yes, unless cancelled
• Taxes: Plus applicable taxes (VAT for EU customers)

Refunds:

• 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers
• No refunds after 7 days
• No partial month refunds
• Annual plans: Pro-rated refund within 30 days

Price Changes:

• 30 days notice for price increases
• Existing customers keep current price for 12 months
• Promotional prices may expire

5. Acceptable Use

You CAN:

• ✅ Use for commercial projects
• ✅ Use for multiple repositories
• ✅ Integrate with your CI/CD

You CAN'T:

• ❌ Reverse engineer the service
• ❌ Use for illegal activities
• ❌ Overload our servers (rate limits apply)
• ❌ Scrape or data mine
• ❌ Impersonate ReleasePilot
• ❌ Use to spam or harass

6. API Usage

• Rate Limits: 60 requests per minute
• Fair Use: 1000 releases per month
• OpenAI Key: You provide your own
• Abuse: We may suspend accounts for abuse

7. Intellectual Property

What's Ours:

• ReleasePilot code and service
• Our website and documentation
• Our trademarks and logos

What's Yours:

• Your code and repositories
• Your release notes (once generated)
• Your configuration and settings

License Grant:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReleasePilot according to your subscription plan.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

You Indemnify Us For:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your use of the service
• Your code and content
• Claims from your end users

9. Termination

You Can Cancel:

• Anytime from your account dashboard
• Effective at end of billing period
• No refunds for partial periods

We Can Terminate If:

• You violate these terms
• You don't pay
• You abuse the service
• We discontinue the service (30 days notice)

After Termination:

• Your access ends immediately
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• You can export your data before termination

10. Service Level

What We Aim For:

• 99.9% uptime (Enterprise plan only)
• 24-hour support response (Teams & Enterprise)
• Regular updates and improvements

What We DON'T Guarantee:

• Specific uptime for non-Enterprise plans
• Feature availability forever
• Compatibility with all systems

11. Privacy & Data

• See our Privacy Policy for data handling
• We comply with GDPR
• You own your data
• We don't sell your data

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms
• 30 days notice for material changes
• Continued use = acceptance
• You can cancel if you disagree

13. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: Bulgaria
• Language: English
• Disputes: Courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria
• EU Consumer Rights: Apply if you're an EU consumer
